Coilover Front Suspension Kit

Fits:
• 1999–2004 Ford Super Duty (F-250 & F-350)
• 1999–2005 Ford Excursion

Upgrade your truck’s ride and handling with our Coilover Front Suspension Kit — built around the factory front axle and designed to outperform even popular 2005+ suspension conversions.


Strong Design

We opted for a radius arm setup to keep things simple and effective. The factory track bar was 7–8" shorter than the drag link, which created noticeable bump steer during suspension travel. We eliminated that by matching the track bar’s length and angle to the drag link, completely correcting the issue.

  • Bolt-on frame brackets (minimal drilling required)

  • Weld-on axle brackets for ultimate strength

  • Compatible with factory steering linkage
    (Not yet tested with aftermarket steering kits)


Better Steering Angle

These trucks never had the best turning radius — and we discovered why. The factory track bar bracket would interfere with the tie rod if they allowed for more steering angle. Our kit replaces that bracket, giving the tie rod room to travel and allowing you to trim ~3/16" off the steering stops for a noticeably tighter turning radius. The axle shaft U-joints maintain safe, full range of motion without binding.


Lift Height Options

Factory Super Duty trucks sit ~2" taller than Excursions, so lift height varies by vehicle:

F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD:
• 2"–2.75" Lift
• 4"–4.5" Lift

Excursion 4WD:
• 4"–4.75" Lift
• 6"–6.5" Lift

To estimate your lift:
Measure from the top of the fender wheel arch to the center of the hub:
• Stock Super Duty: ~24.5"
• Stock Excursion: ~22.5"

Note: The Excursion in the pictures shows it with the 6" lift and the 4" lift, both with 35" tires and Method MR701 17x9 -12mm wheels. Trimming on the front bumper is required to run 35's with the smaller lift. We have not tested 37" tires with the taller lift yet.
