Core Return Policy
When you are returning your cores, include a paper inside the package that has your full name, address, phone number and original order number. Shipping costs for core returns are the customers responsibility. If you want to ship your cores back on a pallet via Fastenal Freight, we can help arrange that. All cores are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. If your cores are not reusable then you will NOT receive a refund. If you have any concerns as to if your cores will be eligible for a refund, please contact us via email with pictures and a description of your cores.
The Following Requirements Must Be Met:
- Cores must be returned within 30 days of when your order is received. Cores returned after the 30 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cores must be rust free! Minor surface rust is ok, but pitting rust from salt is not acceptable.
- Cores must be completely drained of fluid prior to shipping. If cores leak fluid during shipping, they get returned to the shipper.
- Cores must be straight with no bends or cracks.
Expect 3-5 business days from when we receive your cores to process them and issue a refund.
We are always looking for core beams and are willing to purchase good cores even if you have not purchased our suspension. If you have beams from a TTB50 front axle that you want to sell, please email us with pictures.
